Dr John's (from the video above) goals were to help more people with their health and wellness while being able to bring high quality products to market. However, NBI had little online marketing deployed, including limited social media, a lower than industry average converting website, and minimal email follow-up systems.
Dr John recognized that he needed paid advertising in order to grow, but he did not have the time, resources, or expertise to effectively do this himself. He was interested in working with an agency he could trust to help grow his online sales while he focused on running the business.
